Pale yellow with green reflections. Regular and persistent bubbles.
Nose
Initial aromas of acacia & hawthorn followed by stone-fruit notes of nectarine & peach eventually developing into warmer notes of fresh baked pastries.
Mouth
Similar stone-fruit and white flower characteristics appear on the palate. Very well balanced with a hint of vanilla on the finish.
Tasting
A perfect champagne for aperitifs, particularly in summer time. It is an excellent accompaniment for seafood and shellfish; perfect with fish tartare.
